1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fbbajje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the website located at fbbajje.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on fbbajje, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the fbbajje platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on fbbajje, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and Monster Hi-Lo. They must be read in conjunction with the fbbajje Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on fbbajje, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and the Platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or arrangements of any kind.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to fbbajje and participation in any gaming or betting activity on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fbbajje operates a strict 18+ policy without exception.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register associated with fbbajje or any partner platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of fbbajje or any of its technology, payment, or content partners.

Geographic Eligibility

fbbajje is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the platform is lawful under the laws of your location. fbbajje makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access fbbajje from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and are not entitled to claim any protection, remedy, or redress from the platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To access the full range of fbbajje services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active fbbajje account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own identity or a different name, email address, or payment method — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. fbbajje employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbbajje account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. fbbajje will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fbbajje support immediately via live chat or by email to [email protected]. fbbajje is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fbbajje applies Know Your Customer verification procedures to all accounts. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or bank account showing your name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by fbbajje will result in withdrawal restrictions being placed on your account until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

fbbajje supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits

The minimum single deposit on fbbajje is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, although your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your fbbajje balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the source account and any winnings generated from those funds may be forfeited.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on fbbajje is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, fbbajje reserves the right to complete identity and source-of-funds verification in line with its KYC obligations.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within two to four hours of approval. Bank transfers may take between one and three business days. fbbajje is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Currency

All transactions on fbbajje are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to standard BDT deposits and withdrawals. fbbajje does not charge a deposit or withdrawal fee on its side; however, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees which fbbajje has no control over.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fbbajje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your fbbajje account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash). The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the relevant offer terms.

Eligible Games

Not all games on fbbajje contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake towards wagering. Live casino games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the relevant offer terms.

Bonus Abuse

fbbajje actively monitors bonus activity for patterns that indicate abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same offer type from multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, and exploiting promotional terms in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently excluded from future promotional activity.

Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from your fbbajje balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus credited to your account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on fbbajje are subject to the general rules set out in this section and any product-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until fbbajje's system has accepted it and issued a confirmation reference. Network errors, disconnections, or system timeouts during the bet placement process may result in a bet not being registered. fbbajje is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet appears in your account's bet history before the relevant event commences.

Cricket Betting

fbbajje offers live and pre-match cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific cricket rules published in the fbbajje sportsbook section. As a general rule, matches not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time will be treated as void and stakes returned.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by product and market. As a general guide:

• Cricket and sports betting: minimum stake ৳50 per bet
• Live casino table games: minimum stake ৳100 per round
• Slots: minimum stake ৳10 per spin
• Crash games (Aviator, JetX): minimum stake ৳20 per round

Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest or obvious error in the display of odds, game parameters, or promotional terms — regardless of whether the error was made by fbbajje, a data provider, or a third-party game studio — fbbajje reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. A palpable error includes, for example, a cricket match being priced at odds that are clearly inconsistent with market conditions due to a technical fault.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

fbbajje is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, generate predictions, or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors in a way that generates unintended financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are not payable.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement designed to influence the outcome of a sporting event for the purpose of generating a betting profit.
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment credentials to fund your fbbajje account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the fbbajje platform.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage the fbbajje platform, servers, or databases by any means.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing another person to use your fbbajje account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your fbbajje account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Suspension or Closure by fbbajje

fbbajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information
• Failure to complete age verification or identity verification within the required timeframe
• Detection of a duplicate account or multi-accounting activity
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the player or a third party acting on behalf of a vulnerable player

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, fbbajje reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, fbbajje reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

fbbajje takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain healthy habits. These tools are available to all registered players from the account settings section and include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Play is automatically restricted when your limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: A cap on the maximum duration of a single gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying elapsed time and session result at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, six months, or one year — or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

fbbajje strictly enforces its 18+ policy. Underage gambling is a serious concern and the platform applies age verification checks at multiple points in the player journey, including at registration, at first withdrawal, and on an ongoing basis during routine compliance reviews.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbbajje's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fbbajje account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fbbajje does not accept liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime caused by factors outside fbbajje's direct control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account where you have not reported the breach promptly
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or statistical data provided by third-party data suppliers

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes fbbajje's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such exclusion would be unlawful.

11 Amendments to These Terms

fbbajje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, fbbajje will notify registered players via the email address on record or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the change takes effect, wherever practicable.

Your continued use of the fbbajje platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

fbbajje recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current rules governing their use of the platform. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.
